1.  What is the Lead Time?

Lead time is often referred to as 'turnaround'. It basically means how long the job will take us. We aim to turn most jobs around within 2-3 weeks, the majority are well within this time. If a job is urgent please ask and we will endeavor to meet your request.

2.  What is a screen and why is there a screen charge?

The screen is a stencil which is made to your exact design; the ink is transferred through the stencil directly onto the product to be printed. As everyone’s design is unique a new screen must be made for each new order. This is what you are paying for in the screen charge.

3.  What are your payment terms?

Payment is required with orders. Please ensure prices are calculated and shown on a purchase order form to avoid delays. Jobs arriving without payment will be held pending payment, an invoice will be faxed/posted immediately on receipt of job.

We do not facilitate ordering online. Our services are customized and we are happy to interact with our customers and gain an understanding of what they are looking for.

5.  Do you have minimum quantity conditions?

No we don't have minimum quantity conditions but definitely the prices changes according to the volumes. Even fixed development cost and shipping by sea is less per piece.

6.  Do you deliver at my door?

Yes, there are couriers Company's who will deliver to you at your door steps.
